We have produced a series of circular routes to help you explore the North Oxfordshire countryside and visit nature reserves, learn about wildlife and go walking through woods and along the Oxford canal.
The walk leaflets are having a graphic refresh and, currently, only two have been updated:
Some of the other walk leaflets are available via the links below. These are fronted by some notes to give you the most recent information. We hope to update and refresh the actual leaflets as soon as we can. but, in the meantime, we wanted to make these available. Please note we can no longer provide a translation service for these leaflets.
- Fringford Historic Village Trail
- Adderbury Circular Walk and Village Trail
- Horley Circular Walk and Village Trail
- Deddington Circular Walk
The routes are checked annually but problems and/or obstructions may arise at any time. Please be aware that there could be hazards along the routes and report any issues to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be aware that during the spring and summer months, paths and waymarks can be obscured by overgrown vegetation making it more difficult to follow the routes. Also, many of the walks take you through fields with livestock. Please follow the advice from the National Farmers Union and Oxfordshire Ramblers about walking through livestock.
The Bloxham circular walks leaflet has been published, and is monitored, by Bloxham Parish Council. To download the leaflet and for route advice, text amendments and updates please visit the Bloxham Parish Council website.
