At the Council meeting on 19 October 2026 Cherwell District Council resolved that the Bloxham Modified Neighbourhood Plan be 'made'. The Neighbourhood Plan will be used to help decide planning applications in the Bloxham Neighbourhood Plan area. The final 'made' Bloxham Modified Neighbourhood Plan is below.
