Bloxham Draft Modified Neighbourhood Plan Consultation (December 2025)

Bloxham Parish Council has prepared a draft Modified Neighbourhood Development Plan for the Bloxham Parish Neighbourhood Area. The draft plan includes proposals to modify the 2016 ‘made’ plan by modifying or removing some policies.  It also introduces new policies.  Background information can be found on Bloxham Parish Council’s website.

Cherwell District Council is undertaking a public consultation on the draft (Submission) Plan between Monday 8th December 2025 and Sunday 1st February 2026 in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 as amended. The draft plan and supporting documents are available below.  An online survey is available on the council's consultation platform CitizenSpace.

Please note that all representations will be made publicly available and will be forwarded for consideration to the person appointed to carry out an independent examination of the Plan.

If you would like to be notified of the Council’s decision on whether to ‘make’ (adopt) the neighbourhood development plan, please state this in your representation.
