This consultation has now closed.
The Examiner provided the opportunity for those with an interest in the modified Neighbourhood Plan to comment, if they wish, on the Legal Compliance and Basic Conditions changes outlined in Annex 1 of the letter so far as they relate to the Modified Neighbourhood Plan.
The changes relating to Legal Compliance and Basic Conditions are introduced through Regulations 98 and 99 of the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act 2023 and came into force on 25 March 2026.
Any comments on how these changes relate to the Bloxham Modified Neighbourhood Plan were requested by Thursday 9th April 2026.
