Examination of the Bloxham Regulation 16 Modified Neighbourhood Plan

26th March 2025- Notice of consultation on Legal Compliance and Basic Conditions changes
The Examiner of the Bloxham Modified Neighbourhood Plan has issued an initial determination letter which can be found at the link below.
In this letter the Examiner provides the opportunity for those with an interest in the modified Neighbourhood Plan to comment, if they wish, on the Legal Compliance and Basic Conditions changes outlined in Annex 1 of the letter so far as they related to the Modified Neighbourhood Plan.
The changes relating to Legal Compliance and Basic Conditions are introduced through Regulations 98 and 99 of the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act 2023 and came into force on 25 March 2026.
Any comments on how these changes relate to the Bloxham Modified Neighbourhood Plan should by made in writing to Cherwell District Council by Thursday 9th April 2026 to neighbourhoodplanningconsultation@cherwell-dc.gov.uk or by post to Cherwell District Council, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury OX16 5FD.
Please note that there is no need for responses to repeat representations that have already been made in relation to any other matters (since the Regulation 16 representations stand as submitted). Similarly, it is not an opportunity to raise new matters that do not relate to these legal points.
