If you are a landlord in Cherwell and, for whatever reason, you are considering giving notice to your tenants, we encourage you to contact our Tenancy Relations Officer for a confidential discussion before serving notice to quit.
We understand the importance of working with landlords and tenants as early as possible to prevent homelessness and recognise that eviction is very often the last resort and once started can be a lengthy, stressful and costly process.
We are committed to preventing homelessness and would urge you to please contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can discuss your options and identify any help and assistance you or your tenant may need to prevent a Section 21 or Section 8 notice being served.
