The Council has developed a Tenants’ Charter for its tenants.
The Tenants' Charter is designed to ensure all our tenants know what to expect from us as their landlord and how they can access help and support when they may need it.
The charter doesn’t apply to tenants of other social landlords or private landlords, however, we believe that tenants should be able to live in safe and secure accommodation and thus we believe that the promises within the charter are a set of positive principles that landlords should be following and that tenants should be able to expect from their landlord.
