Not signing up to the garden waste collection service?
If you are not signing up to the garden waste collection service and want us to collect your old brown bin then please complete the form below. We aim to collect your unused brown bin within 21 days of booking.
If any bins that we remove are still in good condition, we reuse them. Any bins that are not in good condition or working order are collected and recycled into plastic pellets and used again to make new bins.
IMPORTANT: We are currently experiencing a slight delay in the removal of garden waste bins for customers who have submitted a request. This is due to our teams working through a backlog of bin deliveries. While our usual timeframe for removal is within 21 days, this may be extended slightly at present. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
