HOU02 Affordable Housing Viability Study Update (March 2013)
This is an update of the 2010 study which also includes build in scenario testing of developer contributions; build in a test for the Code for Sustainable Homes at different Code levels; re-run the baseline scenarios taking account of the introduction of affordable rent but also considering the effect of potentially requiring a combination of affordable rent and social rent alongside other intermediate housing.
