This report provides a Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) for the Oxfordshire Sub-Regional Housing Market. It has been prepared by a consultant team comprising GL Hearn, Justin Gardner Consulting and SQW on behalf of the local authorities falling mainly within the housing market area, namely West Oxfordshire District Council, Oxford City Council, South Oxfordshire District Council, Vale of White Horse District Council and Cherwell District Council.
