Discount for Annexes

A discount is available for Annexe’s; 50% discount can be awarded if the following criteria is met: -

• Form’s part of a single property which includes at least one other dwelling.
• Is being used as overflow as part of the main dwelling.

There must be a planning restriction on the annexe to confirm that it cannot be sold or leased separately and can only be used as ancillary accommodation to the main dwelling.
