Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) (February 2018)
The Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by Cherwell District Council on Monday 26 February 2018. The SPD sets out the Council’s approach to seeking contributions for the delivery of infrastructure required to support development. This includes for transport, education and community facilities and services. It will be used to support decision making by the Council as Local Planning Authority.
