We provide a repairs service for our properties
All repairs or issues in connection with our rental properties should be reported to our housing management team. Please inform the office as soon as an issue arises so that we can help to fix things before they get worse.
A service sheet will be completed and arrangements will be made for our handyman or suitable tradesmen to complete the repair as soon as possible.
Shared Ownership properties
Repairs or defects on our shared ownership properties should also be reported immediately if your property is still within the first year after purchase. In the second year we will only deal with structural concerns.
