Generation Games
Generation Games, part of Age UK Oxfordshire have recorded free online Home Exercise sessions that are published weekly on their website.
They have also create a simple 40 minutes exercise video with older people in mind to help improve your cardiovascular (heart and lungs) fitness, your muscular strength and your balance. Alternatively follow the new series of 20 exercise classes on YouTube which are on average 20 to 30 minutes each.
