If you are unable to submit documents or pay online, you can still fill out your planning application form online, and then submit any additional documents or fees by post.
We recommend that you apply online, but all the applications forms are available to download from the Planning Portal.
Cheques can be sent in with your applications; please make payable to Cherwell District Council and send to Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxon, OX15 4AA
Biodiversity Net Gain
Please note, that from 12th February 2024, there may be a requirement to provide additional information with your application, with regard to Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
