Town Centre and Retail Study (September 2021)
The purpose of the Study is to inform the preparation of the Cherwell Local Plan Review 2040 - Planning for Cherwell to 2040. It aims to provide the Council with an up-to-date objective assessment of retail and leisure (health and fitness facilities; bowling alley; cinema screen; restaurant and café space; evening economy including night-clubs, and cultural facilities) development needs in the District, and considers possible strategic policy responses to any prevalent or emerging issues.
