Replacing a missing or damaged bin
If your bin or caddy has been damaged or has gone missing please let us know so we can either fix or replace it.
How to report it
You will need to provide:
- Your address
- The type of bin or caddy that has been damaged or has gone missing
- If you wish to report a missing bin please wait two days from when it was first noticed missing before reporting it
If we need to replace your green bin it may be slightly smaller than your old one.
Please note: If you live in a flat and are ordering bins, please ask your Managing Agent, Landlord or Housing Association to contact us as we require further information that residents often do not know the answer to. If you do not have a Managing Agent, Landlord or Housing Association, then please email email@example.com.
