Fundraising, raffles, and lotteries are all forms of gambling and you must follow the rules for the type of lottery you plan to run, otherwise you may be breaking the law.
There are various types of lottery some of which are dealt with by the Gambling Commission.
Licences for small society lotteries are dealt with by us. Please also see our Gambling Act 2005 - Statement of Licensing Policy
