EH Sense is able to offer food, drinking water, pool water and environmental testing services.
All samples are submitted to accredited laboratories for testing.
We are able to advise on:-
- Protocols for testing to ensure you test for the appropriate target organisms
- Shelf life testing including pH and water activity of food products
- Pathogen and indicator organism testing
- Interpretation of results and advice on any corrective actions that may need to be taken in relation to processes and HACCP
For 2024/25 this service is chargeable at the rate of £112.20 per hour (including vat) plus lab costs, if applicable.
