Cherwell District Council has today (Monday, 15 April) published a Notice of Election for the European Parliamentary Election.

Published: Monday, 15th April 2019

The election will take place on Thursday, 23 May.
The announcement of the election follows the agreement of an extension to the UK’s exit from the European Union. While the UK remains a member state of the European Union, it is required to elect members of European parliament.
