The Cherwell District Council (off street parking places) (Electric Plug-In Vehicle Park and Charge Spaces) (Amendment) Order 2021
As part of the Council’s contribution to climate change initiatives, there is a requirement to move away from internal combustion engine vehicles and to support and encourage the use of electric vehicles.
Following a full review of our car parking facilities and adoption of a new strategy, it is essential that facilities are provided within Council owned car parks for electric plug-in vehicle charging.
