Tenancy Strategy and Affordability Statement

The Localism Act 2011 requires that we publish a Tenancy Strategy which provides guidance for Registered Providers (formally known as social landlords) operating in our District.

This strategy sets out our position on the provision of affordable housing including the use of different tenancy types, setting rent levels for social housing, and the circumstances under which private sector tenancies would be used to house households who have experienced homelessness.
