Call for Sites
This is an opportunity for everyone from developers, landowners, residents and other stakeholders to submit sites within Cherwell District that might be suitable for future development. The sites received by us will be used to inform the preparation of new Local Plans.
The call for sites exercise will not determine whether a site should be allocated for development. However it will help identify a potential pool of sites for further consideration through a range of technical work. This will help to inform future decisions on allocations in new Local Plans.

Local Green Space
Government guidance provides the opportunity for communities to identify green areas of particular importance to them. If these spaces meet certain criteria set by Government, they can be protected by being designated as a Local Green Space in Local and Neighbourhood Plans. Please use the form below if you wish to suggest a site for Local Green Space.
