We have launched an initiative allowing the public to rate their taxi experiences.
The scheme has been designed to help the public and taxi licence holders by giving customers the opportunity to rate their taxi experience, improving customer satisfaction and confidence when booking or using local taxi.
Taxi licence holders in the district have been requested to display a ‘Rate My Taxi’ card specific to their vehicle.
This new initiative allows customers to review their experiences honestly, whilst also providing a way of recognising and rewarding excellent service from the licensed taxi trade within the district.
The ‘Rate My Taxi’ card features a QR code which can be scanned using a mobile phone allowing access to a short survey.
The survey can also be taken at Rate your taxi experience.
The results of the survey will be published monthly. After a twelve months the top six rated licensed taxis will be awarded with a certificate of excellence.
