WheelPower - British Wheelchair Sport
Join WheelPower and Ben every Tuesday morning at 11:00am to experience a free exercise class from the comfort of your homes. Also available are Circuits with Ella and Yoga with Nina. Click the link for details of the next session and how to join.
British Blind Sport
British Blind Sport are happy to to provide you with some audio-led workouts, covering a wide range of activities such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Boxercise and Strength. Their Active At Home Programme consists of daily workouts and monthly "live workout weeks"
