Coronavirus : Guidance for businesses

Business support

National lockdown guidance

Oxfordshire must follow the national lockdown rules. The latest data shows that the virus is spreading aggressively and is being attributed to a new variant of COVID-19. There is no evidence that this variant causes a more severe illness or that the vaccine will be any less effective. However, early evidence shows that it is passed on more easily and transmits faster.

We need to be extra vigilant and follow the rules to stop the spread – for our families, friends, our social care services and the NHS.
