Easter bank holiday opening hours
The long Easter weekend is nearly here!
That means our offices at Bodicote House and our phonelines will be closed from 5.15pm Thursday 6 April. They will reopen for business at 9am on Tuesday 11 April.
In the meantime, you’ll find a range of information and advice covering our services at here on our website.
Here you can report common issues or if you have a query you can also find the contact details for the relevant team by visiting our contact page.
There’s also an online self-service portal which lets anyone who gets housing benefit or council tax reduction view details of their award and see payments made.
For council tax, you can also view details of instalments due, amend direct debits, and more. Find it here.
