Software Upgrade Complete
As part of the on-going improvements to the Planning Service, we have implemented a new internal IT system which has gone live today (9th June). Thank you for your understanding and patience during the system downtime over the last few days.
The new online register displays details of Planning Applications, Building Control cases and Planning Appeals. It also offers improvements to make finding, viewing and tracking applications far simpler, you will also no longer be required to register or sign-in to track applications; just your name and email will be needed.
If you were a registered user on Public Access who had saved searches, or tracked applications, you will no longer receive these emails so it’s important that you recreate these in the new system to avoid missing out on any updates you may be interested in.
