Software Upgrade Complete
As part of the on-going improvements to the Planning Service, we have implemented a new internal IT system which went live on 9 July.
Part of the changes include a new Online Register to display details of Planning Applications, Building Control cases and Planning Appeals. The new register offers improvements to make finding, viewing and tracking applications far simpler, you will also no longer be required to register or sign-in to track applications; just your name and email will be needed..
Unfortunately if you were a registered user on Public Access who had saved searches, or tracked applications, you will no longer receive these emails. We are however currently working with our supplier to implement further improvements to the online register and we thank you for your patience during this transition period.
