We are seeking an experienced an enthusiastic Tenancy Support Officer to join our Housing Team to work alongside colleagues helping households at risk of homelessness in Cherwell. The principal goal is to stop people becoming homeless by helping them maintain their current homes and sustain their tenancies.
The Person
The successful candidate will have:
• experience of working with vulnerable people
• good knowledge of supporting people with tenancy related issues
• excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• experience of prioritizing own workload and working as part of a busy team
