You will be working providing performance management and data analysis across the organisation encouraging a culture where data is used in a timely and effective manner so that performance can be assessed and any emerging issues and resulting actions can be identified.
Applicants should have experience of working accurately with data to a high level, can manage a busy workload and prioritise. Experience of working with performance reporting systems, including administration, back office, and basic development. Also, undertaking quantitative analysis to drive clear outcomes, and experience of presenting and interpreting data analysis findings to a wide variety of audiences.
Do you enjoy using data and evidence to measure and improve performance? Are you good at understanding the drivers behind systems and outcomes, and explaining your findings? Do you have experience working with Performance Software systems? We are looking for a data savvy person, with an aptitude for software management.
