March 2017: Futures in Revenues and Benefits - recruiting now!
This is an exciting time of change for Cherwell District and South Northamptonshire Councils with the establishment of a joint local authority owned company to deliver a Revenues and Benefits service to the Councils.
We pride ourselves on delivering an effective and efficient service to our customers and partners as well as developing a commercially minded approach to our service delivery.
We are looking to recruit to the following new entrant roles:
- Revenues and Recovery Officer - £20,100 up to £25,600 per annum
- Senior Revenues and Recovery Officer - £29,100 up to £35,500 per annum
- Entitlement Officer - £20,100 up to £25,600 per annum
The successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to understand complicated government legislation and possess good verbal and written communication skills.

March 2017: Project Leader sought for "SUM" (Support to Understand your Money) project
"SUM" (Support to Understand your Money) is a 2 year project that will commence in January 2017.
The aim of the project is to support unemployed or economically inactive individuals to improve their financial capability and tackle out of work poverty which will enable them to be more job ready and in the longer term, move into work.
Citizens Advice North Oxon and South Northants is seeking a project leader who will support the Operations Manager in the delivery of the project objectives. The project leader will co-ordinate the project, working with internal staff and volunteers to deliver client support and liaising with external agencies as required. The project leader will also be responsible for maintaining project statistics and evidence. The Operations manager will carry out the project management aspects.
