Every year it helps young people in the county build skills for work & life while taking on exciting challenges, making new friends and contributing to their community. And for the adults that give up their time to make it happen it's an incredibly rewarding experience.
Summer 2017 is set to be our biggest yet, but we need with 100 seasonal roles available across Oxford and neighbouring towns. Paid opportunities include Team Leaders or Support Workers, and can last from 4 weeks to four months!
Opportunities are also available during October half-term. Our seasonal staff are at the heart of NCS and we're proud of the thousands of people who motivate, lead and inspire young people on their NCS journey.

Handy Person, Kidlington
It takes a large team of dedicated employees to ensure that a resident receives the ultimate package from the Trust. Our dedicated maintenance employees ensure that our homes are kept well maintained and safe, completing all the relevant health and safety checks. As the Handy Person you will take pride in the environment that you maintain, including the surrounding gardens. You will get to know our residents and their families, and you will let them get involved in helping you to maintain their home. The maintenance schedules include key tasks such as the maintenance of heating and lighting, the overall fabric of the building, and regular checks on the boiler and water systems.

Care is at the heart of everything that we do and this is no different in the service that we provide to clients in our Extra Care Housing Schemes.
