Elections took place on 15 November 2012 to elect a Police and Crime Commissioner and a District Councillor in the Banbury Ruscote Ward.

The first elections for a Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for the Thames Valley Police area took place on Thursday 15 November 2012.
