  • housing
  • advice
  • social care
  • youth work
  • criminal justice system

  • faith
  • community groups.

We know that we live in a fast changing world and for this reason the information on each service requires regular update for the community directory to remain an accurate and useful resource.   pdf Community directory (990kb)

How to use Cherwell Community Directory

There may be a number of reasons why you need to use the community directory. You may need information for yourself or others so we have developed the directory in an easy-to-use format.

The agencies are listed alphabetically. If you know the name of the service you can just look it up. However, they may not be listed as you expect as in some cases there may be a 'project name' and an organisation name - such as Rachel House (mother and baby scheme) which is run by Sanctuary Housing.

We have incorporated a 'themed contents page'. You can simply look up the type of service you require information on (e.g. domestic abuse) and you will see a list of services.

To the left of the page there are 'book marks' that provide a list of the services. Simply 'click' on the agency to look at its information page. Some agencies or services are listed under more than one theme - for example CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health service) is listed under young people and under mental health. You can look at multiple book marks and themes in the contents page to help you browse through a number of services.

Each sheet is in black and white so that it can be easily printed.

Each organisation approved its entry as correct at the time of print. As changes happen we will endeavour to keep the community directory updated.

If your organisation is included in the community directory, please keep us informed of any changes by using the contact information top right.
