We regularly patrol our carparks and issue parking tickets or excess charge notices. (ECN).  Parking ticket charges or main excess charges are explained in the table below. If you have received a parking ticket or excess charge notice you can pay online. 

Please note that the only reduction available for early payment is where the ticket has expired. 

If you wish to appeal your parking ticket please use the online excess charge notice (ECN) appeal form or download an appeal form, which can be found to the right, along with our Enforcement Policy.
