The new 2008/09 seniors directory provides information about clubs and groups who meet in the district offering activities for the over 50's age group and has just been launched. Further information is also outlined in the directory concerning more initiatives that are available, for example health walks, the mobile cinema, exercise to music, short mat bowls hire and the 'Message In A Bottle' scheme. There is also a list of useful contacts for both seniors and those who look after and care for them.

If you are someone who is over 50 years of age and would like to be involved in new activities, or would like to know more about what's going on in your district, then this is the directory for you!

The directory is available to download and can be found under the downloads section to the right of this page.  It is also available to pick up in the Tourist Information Centres, libraries, sports centres and Town Council Offices.
