Can I appeal against the LHA rate?

You cannot appeal against the local housing allowance ( LHA) rate as this is set by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) for all properties in the Broad Rental Market (BRMA) area. However you can appeal if you that we have got the wrong size criteria for your household, or used the LHA rate for the wrong month.
